The instruction or request you write to an AI. A good prompt includes context, task, format and tone.
Example
“Summarise this text in 5 points for a non-technical audience.”
Common mistake
Writing one-line requests and blaming the AI for the result. Say who it is for, what format you want and what it must not do.
