Editorial methodology
Cognenza is an independent project explaining practical artificial intelligence to non-technical people in Spain. We sign as the Cognenza editorial team.
Mission
To help anyone use AI wisely in everyday life: get value from it, understand its limits and protect their data. We explain; we don’t sell hype or fear.
How we write each guide
- We start from what people search for and the real questions we receive.
- We check against primary sources: official vendor documentation and blogs, the Spanish Official Gazette (BOE), EUR-Lex, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), INCIBE and the European Commission. Sources are listed at the end of each guide.
- We test the tools whenever possible, using accounts with no personal data.
- We date everything: a visible last-updated date and a change history.
- We update guides when tools change, noting the date and the change.
Use of AI in our content
We use AI tools for research, drafting and polishing text. Every claim has its source cited at the end of the guide. If we ever publish an AI-generated image or audio that could seem real, we will label it “AI-generated”, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. We don’t publish deepfakes.
Translations
The original content is written in Spanish. Translations are AI-assisted, with sources cited. Sources keep their original language.
What we don’t do
- We don’t give medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
- We don’t sell consulting, certified training or professional services.
- We don’t publish sponsored content without labelling it as advertising.
Independence and funding
Cognenza is a non-commercial outreach site: it has no advertising, affiliate links, sponsorships or sales. No company pays to appear or influences what we publish. More in the legal notice.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to contacto@cognenza.com. We will check it against the source and, where appropriate, fix it and note it in the guide’s change history.
